Bakers prepare bakery products, finish donuts, merchandise products, clean equipment and work areas and serve guests. This position requires working as a team to have all menu items available for the opening of the restaurant at the designated time.

Responsibilities include producing bakery products and finishing donuts, greeting and serving guests while providing excellent customer service, anticipating and understanding guest needs and striving to exceed expectations, operating coffee, sandwich, and other equipment, POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy, maintaining clean workstations and guest areas, and following direction, working well and interacting with others respectfully.

Operational standards include complying with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures, resolving guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency, following safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.

Skills and qualifications include being fluent in English, capable of counting money and making change, and able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
