Lab Technician III

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting packaging testing, product evaluation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Lab Technician Location: Clark, NJ What's the Job? Assist with packaging testing for new product launches, formula renovations, and packaging modifications. Perform hands-on lab work including drop tests, decoration testing, filling samples, and evaluating samples. Create templates, record data accurately, and communicate test results effectively. Support e-commerce testing, including filling and sorting finished goods for new launches and packaging changes. Support team priorities by providing timely assistance and maintaining high-quality standards. What's Needed? Technical or scientific background preferred (engineering, material science, packaging, etc.). Good organization and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn web-based software. Curious mindset and passion for learning new skills. Ability to perform repeated bending, lifting, and standing tasks.
