The Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within assigned accounts by developing relationships, influencing specifications, and managing opportunities from design through closeout. Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC, or Construction Field (or equivalent, relevant industry experience).People Management: NoPhysical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation. Out-of-the–area and overnight travel on occasion. Valid driver's license required without driving restrictions. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.Salary: This position is compensated through a 100% commission-based structure and includes a recoverable draw against future commissions. On Target Earnings: $250,000 - $350,000 annually, dependent on individual sales performance. Commission Structure: 100% Commission based. Earnings are based on closed sales and revenue generated. Draw Amount: $8,000 – $12,000 annually to be paid out semi monthly. Actual Earnings will vary based on individual sales performance. OTE is estimated based on expected performance and is not guaranteed. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package.
