As a Auto Glass Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping us solve customer problems in a fun, fast-paced, rewarding environment. You'll be working out in the elements at times, using your hands, and operating in an ever-changing environment that is both fun and challenging. This can be a very physical job and thus the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. is needed. Responsibilities: * Install and repair all types of auto, bus, and heavy machinery glass, including windshields, windows, and mirrors. * Remove old glass and prepare vehicle surfaces for installation. * Use the latest industry-standard tools and equipment to ensure proper installation. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers and answering any questions they may have about the installation process. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Effectively communicate with office staff while in the field Benefits/perks: * Competitive weekly pay * Potential to be promoted in your first year! Earn up to $25/hour as a Senior Tech & up to $30/hour as a Master Tech. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * 3+ years of experience in auto glass installation. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment excellence * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Integrity and accountability * Valid driver's license with good driving record, and reliable transportation. * Ability to pass a drug test.
