Below are the details of the role: Schedule and Shift 7 on 7 off schedule Night shift: 4x10 hours (21:00 - 07:30) Call Requirements No on-call duties are required for this position. Floating Requirements Members may be asked to float within the facility as necessary, adhering to the scope of practice. Minimum Experience A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. This unit accepts first-time travelers. Clinical Screening Candidates will undergo a clinical review to assess suitability for the position. If the individual passes the clinical screening while meeting organizational guidelines, they will proceed to a final decision with the hiring manager. Clinical screenings are conducted on a case-by-case basis. Time Off Requests (RTO) The maximum allowable time off is 7 days during the assignment period. Holiday Work Expectations Travelers are expected to work on major holidays as follows: If one major holiday falls within the assignment, the traveler must work it. If two major holidays fall within the assignment, the traveler must work both. If three major holidays fall within the assignment, the traveler must work two of the three holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Compliance Requirements Full compliance is required to start on time. If compliance is not met within the necessary timeframe, start dates may be delayed by 2 weeks due to orientation scheduling. Local Candidates Local candidates are accepted and will receive the same rate as travelers. Orientation Hours The number of non-billable orientation hours will be determined by the length of the contract, with 8 hours allotted for an 8-week assignment and 10 hours for a 10-week assignment.
