Catering Manager

LOCATION:

District Wide

CLASSIFICATION:

Food Service LV1

RATE OF PAY:

$29.21/hr

HOURS PER DAY:

8 hours/day

START & ENDING TIME:

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Start and end times may vary depending upon Catering and Concession event schedules.

WORKING DAYS PER YEAR:

235 days/year

PAID HOLIDAYS:

6

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Vocational technical graduate in food service or related field preferred.
• State certification in child nutrition at Level IIIa required within one year of hire.
• Three years related supervisory food service experienced preferred.
• Knowledge of state food health requirements.
• Demonstrated written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated quantity cooking skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated record keeping and organizational skills.

TESTING REQUIRED:

All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval. Offers for these positions will also be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment physical abilities test.
