Healthcare Call Center Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting healthcare programs remotely, the part-time Healthcare Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls from members and providers, delivering accurate information about healthcare benefits, eligibility, and services while ensuring a professional customer experience. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information related to healthcare benefits and services Research and resolve inquiries efficiently while adhering to established procedures and compliance guidelines Document customer interactions clearly in multiple systems during live calls Required qualifications At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment Healthcare experience preferred, such as in medical offices, pharmacies, or insurance Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously Clear and professional communication skills for managing challenging conversations Self-motivated and dependable, capable of working independently in a remote setting
