Title: Field Technician

Reports to:  Field Tech Supervisor

Location:  Philadelphia, PA

Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt , 32 hours per week (4 days per week, 8 hours per day) Evening and Weekend availability Required

Schedule: Wednesday - Friday 1:00PM - 9:30PM, Saturday 8:30AM-5:00PM

The Field Technician will ensure that bicycles are collected from and delivered to stations depending on daily patterns of demand, perform battery swaps for e-bikes and solar-powered stations in the field, and carry out other duties to maintain a functional bikeshare system. The Field Technician will ensure that damaged bicycles are removed from the system for maintenance and replenished with fully functional bikes. This person will be a courteous driver who understands the importance of safe driving.
