Operations Manager

Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing company located in Charlottesville Virginia area is looking for an Operations Manager Job Duties Will work with all levels of the organization in order to align the Site with Commercial deliverables, while streamlining processes for more efficiency, profitability and growth. Drive change in terms of safety, quality, and operational performance at the facility. Lead management team (EHS, Operations, engineering, planning, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and human resources) to positively impact their functional areas and drive continuous improvement. Strong experience using Lean/Six Sigma principles in order to better overall Operational Excellence of the facility. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 10+ years working in a plant manufacturing environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
