Base pay range: $110,000.00–$130,000.00 per year. Key Responsibilities Lead and support all phases of high‑end residential interior design projects from concept to installation Prepare full drawing sets, elevations, and construction documents using AutoCAD Select and specify FF&E, materials, and finishes that align with the studio’s elevated, tailored aesthetic Develop millwork and custom furniture designs, with an emphasis on quality, proportion, and function Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and fabricators throughout the design and construction process Conduct site surveys, prepare presentations, and participate in client meetings Ensure the design vision is consistently translated across all aspects of a project, from initial concept to final installation Key Skills & Requirements A degree in Interior Design or Architecture 8+ years of professional experience, with a focus on high‑end residential interiors Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required), with the ability to independently produce detailed construction drawing sets Experience designing custom millwork and an understanding of interior architectural detailing Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge of Studio Designer or similar project management software is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, close‑knit team setting To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your resume (and portfolio for design positions).
