Cincinnati Program Leader

As a Program Leader at Booster, you will lead our booster programs on school campuses, overseeing team performance, event coordination, and client relationships to help schools reach their fundraising goals. Responsibilities Program Leadership - Responsible for day-to-day program operations, communications, and logistics to ensure a remarkable experience. Event Management - Lead high-energy experiences, supervise team delegation, manage safety and event details, and coordinate all logistics. Team Leadership - Guide the campus team, providing feedback, clear instruction, and celebration to create remarkable experiences. Student Engagement - Use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students. Client Care - Build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Ability to remain active and on feet for extended periods on campus. Weekday, full-day availability from 7 am to 4 pm.
