KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit! Balance the books, finalize transactions, and make sure every number is in its perfect place. Detail lovers, this is your time to shine.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Keep the property safe and sound with regular security walks. You're the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to give management the inside scoop on what went down while the world was sleeping.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Work hand-in-hand with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch-even in the wee hours.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: If you're fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs-and you've got a knack for solving problems solo-you'll fit right in.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Hotels in Pocatello can't compete with the TownePlace Suites Pocatello. Full kitchens in every hotel room will make travelers feel like they never left home. Guests can easily explore local attractions including Idaho State University and Zoo Idaho. We're conveniently located near Pocatello Children's Clinic and Portneuf Medical Center. After a busy day, guests can retire to our studio, one- or two-bedroom suites featuring stylish decor and comfortable beds. Then, guests can rise and shine with our complimentary breakfast buffet- we offer a selection of healthy and hearty morning favorites. Our meeting room features a productive setting, perfect for impressing business guests.
