Job Summary Personal Banker positions at BOK Financial. The role focuses on providing exceptional client experience, resolving client issues, and building long‑term relationships. Training includes a 9-week Banking Navigator program covering virtual facilitation, self‑paced eLearning, on‑the‑job training, and skill application exercises. Initial training schedule may differ from regular hours and may be conducted at a different location before assignment to a branch. The training schedule may vary. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experience, building, expanding, and retaining long‑term client relationships by providing consultative conversations and offering bank products and services. Resolve moderate to complex client problems while ensuring the highest level of client experience and satisfaction. Provide teller transactions for clients (cash checks, process checking and savings withdrawals and balances within standards) while seeking opportunities to deepen client relationships. Ensure individual and team ownership of the BOKF brand experience through delivery of a best‑in‑class client experience. Participate in professional development through training and coaching, engaging in self‑improvement initiatives and skill‑building activities. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent, or a college degree is a plus. Minimum 3+ years of sales or customer service experience. In‑depth knowledge of consumer financial products and services. Strong knowledge of bank retail sales operations and/or contact center operations. Working knowledge of banking laws and regulations (Reg E, Reg CC, Reg DD, BSA, HMDA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to follow established standards and use judgment to determine when to escape/escalate. Strong basic math skills. Strong PC application skills and ability to learn internal systems. Ability to complete multiple tasks at a time and work in a fast‑paced environment. Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy.
