We're looking for Warehouse Forklift Operators who thrive in challenging conditions and take pride in keeping things movingefficiently and safely.

Pay Range: $19.36/per hour + $.50 Shift Differential

Schedule: 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
• Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with attention to accuracy and freshness
• Ensure proper storage and stacking to prevent spoilage or contamination
• Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets
• Perform load audits, correct labels, and address inventory issues
• Replenish product in appropriate bays and jump in with manual case picking as directed
• Take on related dutiesand grow your skills along the way!

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic every day
• Experience or training in: GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings
• Reliablewe count on you, and so does the team
