Registered Nurse Med Surg Observation
Ascension
Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med Surg Observation unit. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients requiring short-stay medical-surgical observation. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care plans with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and families. You will practice evidence-based nursing, document care accurately, and support quality and safety initiatives.
