Architect
An established architectural and engineering firm is seeking a mid-level Architect to support federal and local government projects, including laboratories, data centers, aircraft hangars, and specialized facilities.
Responsibilities include developing construction documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams, preparing specifications and design analyses, and ensuring designs meet applicable codes and project standards. Additional duties include supporting sustainable design initiatives, conducting feasibility and planning studies, and contributing to renovation and modernization projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–15 years of architectural design experience, preferably on government projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods.
- Knowledge of building codes, DoD UFC criteria, and renovation projects.
- Strong technical detailing, communication, and organizational skills.
- U.S. citizenship required; architectural licensure and LEED certification preferred.
