Independence Rehab is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our therapy team at Park Forest Care Center. At poresent, we need 5-10 hours of patient care per week.
In skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact. Our goal is to help each patient regain mobility, confidence, and independence so they can safely transition to the next level of care.

What You'll Do
As a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including:
- Gait and mobility retraining
- Transfer training across all levels of assistance
- Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention
- Supporting patients with medically complex conditions
- Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression
- Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery

PRN Flexibility
This role is designed to work around your availability.
There is no required minimum number of hours , and additional PRN opportunities may be available at nearby locations if you'd like more consistency.
Requirements
- Active Colorado PTA license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
- SNF experience preferred (one year ideal), but not required
