Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Location: Raleigh Industry: Commercial Construction Asset Classes: Senior Living, Healthcare, Higher Education Compensation Base Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 Total Compensation: Range reflects current Raleigh/Triangle market for 10+ year PMs with complex project experience; final compensation will depend on project size, scope, and leadership level. About the Opportunity We are partnered with a well-established and growing general contractor in the Raleigh market seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile construction projects across senior living, healthcare, and higher education sectors. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned professional who values project ownership, team leadership, and seeing projects through from preconstruction to closeout. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction project management experience, a strong track record of stability and tenure, and the ability to successfully manage either large-scale projects ($50M+) or multiple concurrent mid-sized projects.
