We’re hiring a Senior Estimator for a general contractor. You’ll support multiple pre-construction efforts and lead estimates for assigned bids.

Location: Nashville, TN

What you’ll do

• Prepare estimates from early design through construction documents.
• Review plans and specifications, develop subcontractor scopes, and compare bids for gaps and exclusions.
• Track changes in cost, assess project risks, and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Work with project teams and subcontractors to build accurate budgets and proposals.

What we’re looking for

• 3–10 years of estimating experience with a general contractor.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with estimating and plan review tools such as OST and Bluebeam.
• An understanding of construction documents, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor pricing.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.
