CDL A Driver Dedicated Account Salary & Performance Pay Home Weekly (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary and extra pay per shipment along with great benefits while getting home weekly. These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). Drivers average $1400‑$2000/WK with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC. Full benefits after 60 days and the driver will have 3‑5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (NO GUARANTEED WEEKENDS) and may take trucks home but must be able to park the tractor and trailer. A rider and a pet can be brought after completion of training. Urine drug test only. You cannot have ever failed or refused any type of drug test even if you have completed SAP. If you have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, you are not eligible for hire regardless of how long ago the incident occurred. Job Pay and Summary Drivers pick up loads at the DC just outside Front Royal. Trays are preloaded, and drivers hook and go. Drivers receive a daily salary of $215/Day and $300 for each trailer unloaded. Each trailer has 2‑4 stops. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1‑35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store; store personnel handle the rest. Drivers do not perform inventory or merchandising. After a 34‑hour reset at home, drivers may still be on a load. Once the week starts, drivers finish deliveries and return to the DC for the next load. Orientation takes place in Dayton, generally about 2 days. The company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals and pays $85/Day for orientation. Training usually lasts 3‑5 days. You may double bunk with the trainer or receive your truck and follow the trainer. Either option may be required. Training is paid at the daily rate of $215/Day. After training, you may bring a rider and a dog while you run. Full Benefits (after 60 days) Medical Vision PTO 401K with matching Job Requirements Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR). CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 in the last three years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following: no major traffic violation, no preventable rear‑end incidents, and no rollovers. Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Verification follows the employer's statement. May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last three years, but none in a commercial vehicle: 15‑point or higher, reckless, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device. No felonies in the last 7 years (non‑sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
