Patient Services Manager

Concord, NC | Acute Care Hospital

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Dining team in Concord, NC. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality, restaurant, or healthcare leader looking to grow with one of the nation’s top healthcare foodservice organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop the Patient Services team

• Drive patient satisfaction and create a hospitality-focused culture

• Ensure dietary restrictions and physician-ordered diets are followed accurately

• Partner with clinical teams to support patient care and service excellence

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance management

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards

• Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1+ year of foodservice experience OR bachelor’s degree in hospitality, nutrition, or related field

• Foodservice, restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare leadership experience preferred

• Acute care experience is a plus

• CDM, DTR, or RD preferred

• ServSafe certification preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and diet office software
