Service Advisor

Role details Service Advisor We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and recommending appropriate services and repairs. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs Consult with customers to explain recommended services and repairs Provide estimates for services and repairs and obtain customer approval Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Upsell additional services and products as needed Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes Ability to multitask and prioritize in a stressful environment Proficiency with computer systems and software Valid driver's license If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a background in automotive service, we want to hear from you!
