Account Manager OpportunityRecently voted as 2026's Best Staffing Firm to Work For by Staffing Industry Analyst; Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Account Manager to join our team in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania!This individual will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and recruiting a pipeline to fill those needs. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of staffing industry experience and bilingual ability (English & Spanish). Depending on experience, paid weekly, plus bonus earning potential.Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and VisionDaytime, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional overtime.Located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the needs of our clients and recruit a pipeline to fill those needsEducates and sells candidates on various open positionsThoroughly screens clients to accurately fill positions with specific requirementsDocuments interactions with clients and employeesWillingness to perform client visits and job fairs as neededAn ability to interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policyRequirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentBilingual (English & Spanish) preferredIdeally possesses at least 1 to 2 years of experience within the industrial staffing industryDemonstrates knowledge of EEO policyHighly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Everybody needs to work, but turning that work into a rewarding career is what separates Accurate Personnel from any other job.
