Job Description

General Laborer – $15-16/hr – Rockford and Cedar Springs, MI

Are you hardworking, motivated, and ready to support daily production in a fast-paced factory environment? If so, this opportunity could be a great fit for you!

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Skills:

Ability to work safely around machines and equipment
Basic math skills for counting and measurements
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work at a steady pace
Team-oriented attitude with reliability and good attendance

As a General Labor, you could be loading and unloading materials, assembling, sorting, and inspecting parts, packaging products, and preparing them for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following all safety procedures in a manufacturing setting. This role could be short-term or long-term depending on performance, attendance, and work ethic.
