FP&A Manager, PE-Backed Growth & Acquisitions

Kids for the Future in Charlotte, NC, is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. This role is crucial for overseeing financial planning and reporting for a private equity–backed services business generating around $100M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, a strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and the ability to handle executive-level communication effectively.
