About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director (RN) to lead its specialized rehabilitation facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and performance of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered clinical care. This role requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background, including experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, behavioral health, or acute care. The Executive Director will provide direct nursing care, coordinate clinical services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the individuals served. Key responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Applicants for the Executive Director (RN) position at the company should hold an active RN license in the state of Kentucky, with a BSN or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of management experience in healthcare or rehabilitation is also preferred.
