Your Role

As a CNA, you'll play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the nursing team

• Take and record vital signs as assigned

• Help ensure residents' comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being

• Make routine rounds and respond promptly to resident needs

• Treat residents and their belongings with dignity and respect

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team

• Help create a positive and resident-centered environment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification

• Compassionate and passionate about caring for others

• Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care

• Graduate of an accredited CNA program
