In-Person K-8 Life Skills Coach & Motivator

Alpha is hiring for a full-time on-site Associate at one of its campuses in the United States. You will run life-skills workshops for a K-8 cohort, coach students daily, and leverage Coachbot analytics to push every learner to 100% of their weekly app goals. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years working directly with K-8 students, plus legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Relocation support is provided.
