Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The Janitorial Cleaning Supervisor position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the following areas: Holyoke MA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Supervise a crew of 4 cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed. Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use. Check all dispensers each nigh to be sure they are all properly filled. Communicate with the customer on site to see what concerns or needs they may have. Schedule all carpet cleaning and floor stripping and waxing to meet the scope. Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite. Making sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night. Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities. Hours/Days of Operation Monday thru Friday, 4:30pm to 9:30pm Role Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Janitorial experience is a plus (Not Required) Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge a plus (Not Required) Transportation Valid Driver’s License Must have reliable personal vehicle Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr Elite Building Services
