Pay Starting at $26.00 an hour. Perks & Benefits Regarding insurance coverage: you will be eligible for medical insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment. You will be eligible for the rest of the Rite of Passage Benefits Package immediately after 90 days of full-time employment, and 403b match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment. Paid Time Off can be used as soon as it accrues and more. What you will do As a Case Manager, you will administrate, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your caseload. You will serve as a liaison between the client, parents/legal guardian, and placing agency officials. You will complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner, provide management with required reports, and advise of any problematic situations. To be considered you should Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Have a desire to work with troubled teens. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a Bachelor’s degree. Have 2 years of experience as a Case Manager. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry. Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1 hour break. Schedule may change depending on program needs.
