Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately via our drive-thru system.
- Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.
- Prepare and deliver drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to each and every customer
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive-thru experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
