Multi-Site Property Manager | Budget & Compliance Leader

MRK Partners

MRK Partners in Newark, NJ is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee operations at Symphony Hall and Lincoln Park communities (126 units). You will drive revenue, control expenses, ensure safety and compliance, and lead resident relations across multiple properties. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least six years in property management, three years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with LIHTC, Public Housing, and other funding programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr MRK Partners
