MCI Careers is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives for our Sales & Business Development team in our customer service-focused contact centers. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you’ll make high-volume outbound calls for leading global brands, converting prospects, cross-selling, and upselling while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work with clear KPIs, coaching, and training, using CRM and contact center tools to manage leads and document activity. This role offers structured performance metrics, advancement based on results, and exposure to innovative CX technologies in a collaborative, merit-based environment.
