Job Description
Preparing & distributing monthly flash reporting, monthly financial reports for review by Senior Management including analysis and reporting of Actual v/s Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results with detailed variance analysis. Automate the creation of monthly headcount reports to all business owners using macros by developing VBA scripts. Regularly connect with each business unit heads to discuss the variances & fluctuations in forecasted expenses & headcount. Prepare presentation decks for each business unit for monthly financial review with the CEO. Building & designing dashboards using power bi to increase the efficiency of financial reporting. Help develop & maintain customized & integrated systems along with IT developers to facilitate data integration for financial & operational reporting. Evaluate expense trends & advise business executives on tactical cost-reduction methods. Create internal P&L models in excel for each business unit for both short-term & long-term forecasting. Create scenario models that evaluate new business initiatives and enable the execution of business strategy. Work with department heads/business unit heads to create detailed annual budgets and reforecasts to comply with overall company budget. Help identify key drivers of business & develop roadmaps to achieve financial targets. Responsible for monthly closing process including preparing journal entries & coordinating with auditors with any payroll related requirements & queries.
Minimum Requirements: Degree in Finance/Accounting related field. MS (3yrs) or BS (5yrs) of work experience in corporate accounting/finance. Position requires expertise in financial accounting principles & analysis, corporate finance, preparing financial & business models, prepare budgets & financial reports, quantitative methods, business statistics & accounting software packages.
Wages: $146,500 per year plus standard company benefits
