About the Role
As an Associate in our Los Angeles office, you'll be cross-trained across multiple practice areas and gain hands-on experience in both transactional and litigation matters. You'll work closely with a senior attorney who values mentorship and supports your professional development. The billable hour requirement is a manageable 1,680 hours per year, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance and sustainable growth. 
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. 
Your Responsibilities  

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda 
• Prepare pleadings and discovery responses 
• Participate in depositions, court appearances and mediations 
• Draft professional correspondence and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel 
• Oversee estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters from start to finish 

About You  

• 3–5 years of legal experience, ideally with some litigation exposure or a strong interest in litigation 
• Comfortable managing cases from start to finish and taking initiative 
• Eager to expand your knowledge across practice areas 
• Strong written communication and drafting skills 
• Detail-oriented, career-focused, and open to mentorship 
• Licensed to practice law in California
