HIRING NOW | BULK Positions - IT SERVICE DESK / TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We're hiring IT Service Desk / Technical Support professionals for a large-scale opportunity with a leading financial services organization.

Locations & Openings
• Chandler, AZ
• Addison, TX
• Pennington/Hopewell, NJ

Duration: 18 months with potential for conversion
Work Model: 4days onsite / 1 day remote, subject to performance and service-level requirements

Level of Experience: Fresh-Grads required



What You'll Do

• Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone and live chat
• Manage multiple live chats while maintaining strong customer service and quality standards
• Troubleshoot basic MS applications, Windows systems, and proprietary applications
• Document incidents and troubleshooting steps clearly for escalation to second-line support
• Identify issues, research potential resolutions, and provide timely assistance
• Work closely with peers and technical subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently meet customer service, quality, and productivity metrics



What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, technical support, or customer service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11 and MS applications
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team



Nice to Have

Experience with:
• MS Office / Office 365 / MS 365
• SharePoint
• Citrix
• VPN / Cisco AnyConnect
• ServiceNow or Remedy
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Technology call center or IT service desk environments



Training Provided

A 3-week online training program will be provided prior to the project start, including hands-on technical training and real-time support from experienced peers and subject matter experts.
