Your ability to adjust treatment plans based on individual assessments will be crucial, as you focus on helping clients regain independence and restore their quality of life.QualificationsDoctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.Active and valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technology to enhance clinical documentation and patient management.A commitment to establishing and nurturing meaningful relationships with patients to support them in meeting their functional goals.A proactive approach in building ties with local communities and healthcare networks.Preferred ExperienceExperience in home health care or community-based settings.Specialized training or certifications in specific physical therapy techniques (e.g., manual therapy, pediatric therapy).Familiarity with evidence-based protocols in physical therapy.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentives.
