Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Knowledge of IEP processes and relevant documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a school-based setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers and parents to support students’ speech and language development
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide therapy in one-on-one or small group settings
• Educate school staff on communication disorders and support strategies
