Associate Dentist

Role Overview: An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, in a compassionate environment. You will support community health initiatives, participate in team activities, and promote a positive image of the practice. Key Responsibilities Deliver dental services using advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Collaborate with a team of hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols through regular training. Engage in patient education and foster positive experiences for both children and adults. Participate in team meetings, morning huddles, and community activities to enhance patient care and practice reputation. Qualifications & Skills DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program. Valid license to practice dentistry in relevant states or eligibility for licensure. Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable). Passion for caring for patients of all ages, especially children. Team-oriented attitude with respect and cooperation.
