Our client is a global delivery and technology solutions provider operating for over 20 years. They move fast, they serve major clients worldwide, and they need someone who can hold the line on data integrity while the world moves around them. That person is you.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and preparing customer shipping data for system upload and operational use. This means working across multiple platforms, file formats, and third party systems to make sure everything is accurate, compliant, and ready to move.

This is a newly created role with real long term growth potential, including the opportunity to grow into a key client facing position. You are not just filling a seat. You are building something.

What You Bring

1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, file formatting, or administrative functions

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace

Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with Mail Merge, FTP processes, barcoding systems, or VBA is a plus

Knowledge of international geography or shipping documentation is a bonus

High school diploma required, associate degree or relevant coursework preferred

What You Get

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Temp to perm with real long term growth potential
