This is an executive-level role responsible for implementing our full business framework across our five Critical Success Factors.We're not looking for someone to simply run things. We're looking for a General Manager who demonstrates our core values, has a servant's heart, takes initiative with a sense of urgency, and can be trusted with the keys, the cash, the schedule, and the culture of this business.What You'll OwnLeadership- Rally the team around our Winning Hearts Strategy and business framework- Communicate directly with the Operator; plan and lead team meetings and coachings- Champion a culture of food safety through consistent execution- Go above and beyond all local, state, and federal regulations- Be the person who keeps the standard the standard, every shiftTalent- Build the leadership bench: recruit, coach, and develop Directors and Assistant Directors- Own the weekly leadership schedule and amplify high-potential talentCustomer Experience- Analyze Customer Experience reports and turn insight into action- Create memorable dining experiences that exceed guest expectations- Trust but verify — confirm Directors and Assistant Directors are completing every system and checklist, every daySales & Brand Growth- Approve and execute monthly sales and marketing plans; help lead community outreach- Optimize every sales channel and bring Chick-fil-A Inc.'s seasonal marketing plans to lifeFinancial Stewardship- Help us budget, forecast, understand food cost, and manage labor productivity- Partner with Human Resources to protect the business and its peopleWhat We're Looking For- 4+ years of leadership experience required (5+ years in restaurant/QSR management preferred), with a track record of career growth- High integrity and discretion — this role requires a signed non-disclosure agreement and the trust to handle confidential business information responsibly- A results-oriented, ownership mentality with the drive to identify gaps, build plans, and adjust based on outcomes- A servant leader who builds, protects, and sustains a great culture — and can overcome adversity without losing that culture- Bachelor's degree preferred; QSR or high-volume restaurant experience preferred- Open availability: mornings, days, evenings, and Saturdays (closed Sundays), plus occasional travel for training- Fluent English required; Spanish preferredCompensation & Benefits- Base salary: $75,000–$85,000/year, depending on experience, plus bonuses- Scholarship opportunities up to $25,000 through Chick-fil-A's Remarkable Futures Scholarship program- 401(k) retirement plan with 3% company match- Employer paid health insurance, with dental and vision- Free meals for you and immediate family- Every Sunday off- Direct mentorship and structured leadership development and a clear path to grow further with a great teamChick-fil-A Faudree Road is proud to be part of the Odessa community, and we're building a leadership team to match — driven, trustworthy, and committed to doing things the right way.
