Full Stack Developer- Digital Account Onboarding

Job Description This is a senior-level engineering role focused on building and enhancing Digital Account Onboarding (DAO) solutions, specifically leveraging Temenos frameworks. The position combines hands-on development, solution design, and leadership responsibilities within a regulated financial environment. Core Responsibilities Enhance and integrate features on the Digital Account Onboarding platform (Temenos). Develop and maintain RESTful API integrations for banking workflows. Provide timely resolution for incidents and ensure system stability. Communicate fixes and updates to stakeholders. Design scalable, secure solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements. Define technical standards and best practices. Lead technical discussions and guide junior engineers. Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to development standards. Embed regulatory compliance and governance into all development activities. Maintain audit-ready documentation for processes and code changes. Position is more heavy back end- front end is proprietary low code Strong in Java, Groovy, Mistro, and RESTful API integration. Expertise in financial services/banking systems. Leadership experience with cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in banking technology.
