Onsite Merchant Inventory Specialist

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory at partner fulfillment centers. You will partner with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and support scalable operations. This role reports to the Manager, SFN Quality. Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, 24-hour reconciliations, and 2-hour SLA merchant responses.
