Volunteer Travel Softball Coach Wanted

Rhino Sports 707 is seeking passionate softball coaches who love teaching the game and helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

This is a volunteer-based coaching position with a small stipend available. While the compensation is modest, this opportunity is ideal for coaches who are motivated by player development, competition, and making a positive impact in youth sports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with team practices
• Coach during games and tournaments
• Teach fundamentals, sportsmanship, and teamwork
• Help create a positive and competitive team culture
• Communicate effectively with players and families

Qualifications

• Softball playing or coaching experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Passion for mentoring young athletes
• Ability to pass a background check
