Summary The Interventional Radiologic Technologist operates digital equipment and performs complex neuro and interventional invasive procedures by positioning patients and preparing contrast media for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This role assists the physician in diagnosis and treatment of patients and requires comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The position is 100% clinical and may require mandatory call as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Graduate from an accredited radiography program. State of Connecticut radiographer license. ARRT certification in Radiography required. Basic Life Support (BLS). Ability to work with chemotherapy agents, cements and embolization agents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
