Rotating shifts: 3x12-Hour days (07:00 - 19:30) and nights (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) provides respiratory care services to patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics. The therapist is responsible for managing, assessing, and implementing respiratory care procedures, ensuring optimal care delivery in various clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy procedures and treatments.
• Assist with the management of airway management and oxygen delivery systems.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide emergency care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct evaluations and patient education on respiratory health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania state license or Compact license.
• Current BLS and RRT certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in adult critical care preferred.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
