Registered Nurse (RN) - Correctional Center for Women

Full-Time: $38.78-$49.71/hr

PRN RN: $50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for eligible new hires

The Virginia Department of Corrections is seeking Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered care in a correctional healthcare setting. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, chronic care management, sick call, patient education, emergency response, and documentation.

Correctional nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Active Virginia RN License (or NCLEX scheduled for recent Virginia nursing graduates)
Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
