Whether your background is in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role provides an opportunity to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the constraints of a traditional practice setting. While most of our services are fully virtual, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available. /n Responsibilities: /n /n - Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate medical treatment. /n - Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, building therapeutic doctor-patient relationships. /n - Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, high-quality treatment decisions. /n - Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance on their proper usage (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment). /n - Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and a dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. /n - Maintain appropriate medical documentation to support continuity of care. /n - Stay up to date with medical advancements, telehealth innovation, and best practices. /n /n Requirements: /n /n - Active medical license in at least three U.S. states, but preferably five, plus willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance provided and costs covered). /n - Critical to be licensed in at least five states and/or three or emore of the following states: CA, FL, NC, PA, TX. /n - Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings. /n - Ability to schedule and work at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally), over four days each week, scheduling at least one week in advance. /n - Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence. /n - Comfort using telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided). /n - Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact. /n - At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required). /n /n Why Top Physicians Choose QuickMD: /n /n - Complete schedule flexibility—work from anywhere, on your terms. /n - Highly competitive compensation, with many providers earning over $400K annually while maintaining a balanced workload. /n - No administrative burdens—focus entirely on patient care, free from billing or office overhead. /n - Fast track onboarding, with a dedicated concierge service to expedite the process. /n - Malpractice insurance fully covered, with dedicated legal and compliance support. /n - Advanced, seamless telemedicine technology designed for physician efficiency. /n - Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in addiction treatment and underserved communities. /n /n As part of the onboarding process, all physicians are required to complete applicable training that may include buprenorphine training.
