• Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience, with the majority focused on leading EHS programs for data center and/or heavy industrial construction projects. • Demonstrated high ethical standards with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information using judgment, discretion, and professionalism. • Self-directed, results-driven professional with a strong commitment to quality execution. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to CHQ leadership and clients. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly develop and implement effective control measures. • Working knowledge of incident investigation methodologies, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategies. • Innovative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage priorities and meet critical deadlines. • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to train, influence, and motivate staff. • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to deliver on or ahead of schedule while maintaining high quality standards. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply analytical, technical, and organizational skills to solve complex problems. • Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive execution through partnership. • Confident and assertive leadership style to ensure processes are completed and progressed efficiently. • Willingness and ability to respond to after-hours calls and emails in emergency situations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to quickly learn additional software tools. • Willingness to travel to other CHQ U.S. data center sites as needed. • Valid passport or the ability to obtain one for potential international travel. Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess • Preferred professional safety certification (i.e., Graduate Safety Practitioner [GSP], OSHA 510, Construction Health & Safety Technician [CHST], ASP or CSP Preferred. • Bachelor's Degree from accredited degree program in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field of study, and minimum of 5 years of related construction safety experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
