QA Automation EngineerA client in Concord, CA is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join their team. Our client is seeking an SDET to build and own the company's quality engineering practice. This individual will establish automation frameworks, release processes, testing standards, and quality metrics across a growing suite of fundraising and payment-based applications. Initially, the role will consist of approximately 60% manual testing and 40% automation while comprehensive automated coverage is being built.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build the QA automation framework from scratchCreate end-to-end automated test coverage across multiple applicationsBuild regression test suites for critical business workflowsAutomate testing for payment processing, donation flows, and transaction logicDevelop and maintain API and UI automation suitesIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelinesValidate legacy-to-new platform migration effortsExecute manual testing for new features and releasesCreate quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness standardsPartner closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve software qualityServe as the primary owner of release validation and test strategy Insight Global
